Preparing to sell a business that I started over 20 years ago.

Explain the business model, describe all of the details, find potential buyers, and  align with someone who fully recognizes the current value and future potential.

Kids are gone, house is too big, want something new, smaller, sustainable.  I've always wanted to build my own home - and now is the time.  I can't do it alone, but I want to participate in the building process as much as possible.
